What do I do if the delivery is not complete?

We ask that you contact us via the contact form. Please let us know which item(s) were not delivered and if you would like a reshipment or refund.

We will then check if there is still a package on its way to you.

If this is not the case, we will check if a reshipment or refund is possible.
