How can I return my ordered goods from the online shop?

You still want to return your goods and cancel the order? No problem.

You can return your ordered products within 14 days after receipt of the goods without any problems.

Just use our contact form. Please select "I would like to return goods (revocation)" . As soon as we have received your revocation as a ticket and it has been checked, you will receive a confirmation from us that the goods have been returned, including return authorization and access to the returns portal. In the returns portal you can then create a free return label.

You pack the goods well and then send them back to us free of charge, including the return authorization.

The received goods will be checked immediately and we will transfer your money back to you as soon as possible via the original payment method.
