The Smart radiator valve shows E1 in the display, what to do?

E1 is displayed if the Smart radiator valve is not mounted or is mounted incorrectly.
Make sure you select the appropriate adapter and push it on far enough until the adapter snaps into place.
Example: Danfoss RA
Use one of the supplied black plastic adapters (see photo YELLOW).
When mounting, please note the following points:

1. Bend the black adapter far enough apart and push it all the way through to the stop of the metal valve (snap in).
2. Fold up and fix with screw.
3. Unscrew the smart radiator valve.

If you are using the larger RAV adapter, you may need to put the small black pin on the valve to compensate for the length.
