How are the end points set on the Smart roller shutter motor premium?
The Smart roller shutter motor premium offers 3 possibilities for end point adjustment.
- Independent end point setting (only for initial commissioning or after reset)
- End point setting by setting button on the motor head
- Set end point setting by remote control
Self-learning mode with smooth stop (only for initial commissioning or after reset)
The Smart roller shutter motor premium is a plug-and-play motor, which means that the end points can be taught in independently by the roller shutter motor. The prerequisite for this is that stoppers or an end slat are present on the roller shutter curtain, which stop the motor when it is first opened. Normal fastening springs are sufficient for fastening to the octagonal steel shaft.
The roller shutter motor is then simply moved in the desired direction and stops automatically in both directions and stores the end points. From then on, the motor will not run against the stopper every time, but will stop just before, in order to protect the material.
End point setting by setting button on the motor head
You can also set the end points manually with the set button on the motor head. The motor is moved in the desired direction using the roller shutter switch, timer or remote control and as soon as the motor is running, the set button on the motor head is pressed and held until the desired end point is reached. Release the button, done.
Setting the end points via Smart remote control 6 groups
Alternatively, the end points can also be set manually with the Smart remote control 6 groups. To do this, the Smart roller shutter motor premium must already be registered with the Smart remote control 6 groups. You then select the corresponding group button and immediately press the Disconnect button twice very quickly on the back of the transmitter. The LED at the front must flash green. You can now move to the desired end points with the up and down keys. The stop button ends the mode.
