Alexa: Alexa can't find my smart devices. Problems with the Alexa Skill, server not responding.
If Alexa does not find your smart device or the control does not work, you should check the following points.
- Is the Premium gateway accessible, online and registered?
- The easiest way to check this is with your app. Open your HOMEPILOT App and try to operate the devices.
- No operation possible, then the Premium gateway must be checked, connection to the router OK?, power supply OK?
- Operation possible, then please switch off the WLAN on the smartphone once and operate the devices again.
- No operation possible, then please switch on WLAN again and check in the settings under device configuration whether remote access is switched on.

- Check user account
- The skill will be linked to the account where the Premium gateway is registered. Please check which user account is currently used for your app. You can see this in the app under Settings.

- Check, deactivate and reactivate the skill
- Please check whether the appropriate skill is activated.
- It can happen that the connection between the two accounts is no longer active, for example because a security token is invalid.
- In this case, please select the skill in the Alexa app under Skill and Games and deactivate and reactivate it once. When activating, the registration access data must be re-entered once.
