The Premium gateway does not find the Philips Hue Bridge.
Normally, the Premium gateway finds a Philips Hue Bridge as soon as the login mode of the gateway is activated. If this is not the case in your case, please note the following points:
- First of all, please check whether the Hue Bridge is perhaps already registered. The Hue Bridge does not appear as a device, but only the lamps that are registered to it. You only see the Hue Bridge as a device when you click on Log off devices. A Hue Bridge that is already registered is not displayed again.
- The Hue Bridge and the Premium gateway must be on the same network.
- The Hue Bridge must be up to date with the latest firmware.
- The Hue Bridge and the Premium gateway must not have any restrictions in the network that limit communication. (parental control, guest network, etc.)
- If the Premium gateway is operated via WLAN and repeaters are used, you should connect the gateway via LAN as a test if possible and repeat the registration process.
- It may take up to 15 minutes to find the Hue Bridge in some cases.
- If necessary, restart the router and then repeat the login process.
If the Hue Bridge is not found, please connect the Premium gateway and the Hue Bridge directly to the router via LAN cable and repeat the process!
