I have forgotten the local password.
The local password was assigned when the gateway was first set up. The local password is not the same or does not have to be the same as the one you use for your HOMEPILOT App as log in.
You cannot have a new password sent to you as the password is stored on the gateway.
If you have forgotten the password, your Premium gateway must ultimately be reset. All settings will be reset to the factory settings. All devices must be registered again. If you have a backup file, you can of course import it and your system will run as before.
Before you carry out the reset, you should check once again that you no longer have access to any of your smartphones or tablets. If you still have access, you can create a backup file with this device and send it to yourself by email, for example.

Perform a reset:
- Disconnect the power supply by unplugging the power supply unit.
- Press and hold the reset button on the back with a paper clip
- Restore the power supply.
- Press and hold the reset button for 20 seconds until the red LED lights up after flashing.
- The reset is now carried out and the button can be released again.
