Deactivate local password
The local password protects your Premium gateway in the local network. Someone who is in your local WLAN network could find the gateway but not access it without a password. The local password was assigned when the gateway was first set up. The local password is not the same or does not have to be the same as the one you use for your HOMEPILOT App as log in.
You yourself or other users of the gateway only have to enter the local password when installing the HOMEPILOT App for the first time or after logging out, so we would recommend leaving this function switched on.
You can deactivate the local password under Settings - Device configuration - Local password.
Click on "OFF" and enter the local password again to deactivate the function.
